Ordering
What's your minimum order?
No minimum order requirement. From one item to bulk orders, we help with all. Whether you need a single custom t-shirt or 1,000 branded items, we treat every order with the same care and attention.

What types of products do you print?
We print business cards, flyers, labels, apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, polos), packaging, signage, banners, and promotional materials. If you can brand it, we can print it.

Can I see a sample or proof before the full run?
Yes, digital mockups are provided for approval on every order. Physical samples for large orders can be arranged on request. We want you to be 100% confident before we print.

Design Services
Do you offer design services?
Yes, we have an in-house design team available for full designs or tweaks. Whether you need a complete logo design or just adjustments to existing artwork, we can help bring your vision to life.

Our corporate colours are very specific – can you match them?
Absolutely. We use the DTF (Direct to Film) process and professional color matching to ensure your branding is consistent. We understand how important brand colors are and take extra care to get them right.

Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days after approval and payment. Rush options are available if you're on a tight deadline – just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you deliver or ship?
We offer local delivery in Calgary and nationwide shipping across Canada. Local pickup is also available by appointment at our Calgary location.

Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?
We are based in Calgary, AB at #400 7015 Macleod Trail SW. Local pickup is available by appointment – just give us a call when your order is ready.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers, and Square payments. For corporate accounts, we can also arrange invoicing terms.
